Tapping Into Your Intuition

Intuition is when you feel a knot in your stomach - a gut instinct that something isn't right, it doesn't 'feel' good, or the bliss you 'feel' when watching a beautiful sunset, thinking of a dear friend, and out of the blue you receive a text message or a phone call.  This is intuition - a 'feeling'.  We've all had those moments, but we don't always pay attention......

We all have busy lives and we have stopped being able to listen to what our body is telling us.  When we're in pain, we'll check the internet for answers.  When we're not sure how to find our 'path' in life, we turn to the internet again, or we purchase books for guidance.  All of these can be great resources, but have you ever sat down and asked your Spirit these questions.....and so much more?  We are getting 'nudges' all the time, but we don't pay attention.  It's amazing how much information you can get when you stop looking outside of yourself and go within.  The more you do this, the easier it becomes and the quicker the answers come.


We have 6 senses altogether, not just 5, sight, touch, hearing, smell, taste and intuition.  Intuition should be the first sense we go to, it tells us everything we need to know about the 'real' you, your life's path, your healing journey, the foods you should or shouldn't eat, the people you need in your tribe etc.
